Refund Policy for Books

Kindly read the refund policy of Clouderbook carefully before purchasing/ordering it's items or using it's services. We tend to ensure that our customers are happy with our items and that is why we always try our best to ensure you get the best items as you have ordered. When your order products from our store, we carefully process your order and ensure that you get exactly what you have ordered and paid for at the right time unless there are circumstances beyond the control of Clouderbook and you. However as the case may be, we will ensure you get your ordered products as soon as possible.

Refund Conditions 

Item is not as described
If the item delivered is physically different from the description, preview or ordered, you will be entitled to a full refund. Also, if we send a wrong product or the item is damaged and the fault is arising from us, you will be eligible for a refund. 
Items that have not been received
If you have not received an ordered item within 25 days from the date of purchase, you might be eligible for refund. You will be required to give your buy code to check your claim that you have not received the item ordered and paid for. Despite the fact that we think 25 days is a sensible time, contingent upon where you are located, you may have a longer period to claim a refund if you have purchased for personal use and haven't received the item. 
If a purchase was made on your account or with your payment method that you did not permit
It is important that you keep your account information and password private. If you give your details to someone else or appear to be abusing our policies, you are responsible for any purchases made and will not be eligible for refund. Note that Clouderbook will not entertain any form of abuse. 
Item must not be damaged (must be in its original condition)
We will not give a refund if the item is returned damaged. Item must be returned in its original state when received to qualify for a refund. We will not accept any item that has been damaged in any way. Please keep in mind that if the item has been damaged, this voids the refund request and the item will be returned back to the customer and marked as final sale. 

How To Request A Refund/Exchange 

In the event that an item is damaged or you received a wrong item and you wish to request a refund, you must inform Clouderbook within 24 hours to be qualified
for a refund. Refund will be given only when we have received the item (Item must be returned new within 30 days from the day of receipt). Contact us directly withyour refund request through our email ([email protected]). All items must be
returned new in their original packages. Depending on your specific situation, we may be able to help as all refunds requests must be approved. If your refund request is approved, you will lose your credits. We may deny any refund request if it fails to meet our refund criteria stated above. Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable) 

In the event that, we informed and sent you a receipt that we have processed and sent your refund to the original payment of payment, we expect that you receive your refund within 5 to 7 business days. However, if you have not received your refund within this period, we advice that you check your account first, then contact your bank or the credit card company with which you paid. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all these but you have not received your refund still, please, contact us as soon as possible

Reserved Rights

In accordance with the law, Clouderbook reserves the right to solely define, limit,
refuse, and/or reject orders, refunds, and exchange from customers at any time
due to the following:
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
Site malfunctions
An irregular or excessive exchange history: regarding damage, missing items,etc.

Also, we reserve the right to refuse rendering services to any customer be it
individual or an entity, in regards to the similar actions noted above.

30 Days Return And Exchange Policy Of Clouderbook

Return are allowed within 30 days from the day the item is delivered. We do not wish to reject a customer, therefore, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of our customers across the globe. In a situation whereby the item you have received is not in good condition and the fault is arising from us, you will be entitled to a return and exchange for another item of the same description, value and quality. 
Also, if we sent by mistake, a wrong item which is different from the item you ordered, we will be gladly to accept such item in exchange for the correct item of the same size and quality. Note: item must must be returned new with the tag within 
30 days from the day the item is delivered, if not, you will not be eligible for an exchange. 
Shipping For Exchange 
Initial shipping fee is non-refundable.
If by mistake, we send a wrong d item to you, we will be responsible for the shipping for exchange fees. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for the exchange shipping fees if we delivered the right item as you have ordered but you which to return the item for personal reasons. In this case, it is the customer who pays for shipping for exchange. Any fees attracted to the shipping exchange process will be taken care of by the customer.
If a delivered order is rejected by a customer or not delivered as a result of a wrong address, 25% fee will be charged.


We understand that plans change and you may have to cancel or terminate your order with us. Please note that, according to the law, you are to inform us before the shipments. Therefore, if you need to cancel an order, you must inform us through email
([email protected]) 48 hours before the shipment. However, if the order has been processed
before we receive your cancellation request, we will charge 15% fees. 
If your order has been shipped but you have not received the item and you need to cancel the other, you should be aware that 15% restocking fees will be charged. Since we shipped the item already, you will receive the item first and then send it back to us before we can process your refund. 

How To Request An Exchange 

Products with defects must be returned within 30 days from the day of receipt to be qualified for an exchange. We may deny any exchange request if the defect item is not return within the stipulated period. Kindly send your return request with the images of
the defect item to [email protected] Once your request is received and inspected, we will
send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also send you an email to let you know if we have approved your return request and the process of shipment afterwards. 

Why We May Deny Your Return And Exchange Request 

In the event that the item we delivered is identical and similar to the depiction as ordered and paid for, there is usually no commitment to give an exchange in circumstances like the following: 
You don't need it the item after you have received, used and damaged it already
The item did not meet your desires after you have used it for same time
You ordered the item by mistake but you have enjoyed it
You knew the item was faulty when you received it but never informed us until usage
